PBChat Donation & Fundraising Coordinator Application
*This is a volunteer position and no financial compensation will be offered. While not guaranteed, volunteers may be invited to attend free industry workshops alongside mentees during the mentees' PBChat mentorship period. This position is NOT an opportunity to seek referrals or educational or business-related guidance from PBChat guests or donors.

DEADLINE TO APPPLY: March 14th, 2022, 11:59pm ET.

*You may apply for up to two positions total. However, no candidate, if selected, will be able to hold more than one volunteer position.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The PBChat Chat & Giveaway Organizer will

VOLUNTEER DATES: May 2022 - May 2023. Selected candidate may reapply for same position the following year.

SEEKING:

Someone who is: 1) A great communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills 2) Professional 3) Personable 4) Organized

DUTIES INCLUDE:

1) Helping coordinate financial contributions from the PBChat community to PBChat's Ko-fi page (working closely with Justin, the PBChat ambassadors and the PBChat Chat & Giveaway organizer).

2) Helping facilitate PBChat donations (critiques, portfolio reviews, Zoom chats, AMA session, etc.) for a) bi-weekly PBChat giveaways b) PBChat Mentorship runner-ups c) annual PBChat fundraiser

3) Helping organize the annual PBChat fundraiser.

4) Keeping documentation (via Google Sheets) of PBChat fundraiser and donation-related data.

5) Meeting with Justin and other PBChat volunteers on a monthly basis via Zoom to check in, share updates, brain storm, and create plans of action.
