Dear Students,

We are happy to inform you that according to the latest epidemiological regulations we are able to congratulate you for your diploma in person.

The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology is making a preliminary survey in connection with the Graduation Ceremony for those students who passed their final exam in the second semester of 2020/2021.

The planned date of the Ceremony is:

8th July 2021. (Thursday) 14:00 pm.

Architecture OTM, Structural Engineering MSc, Civil Engineering BSc, Electrical Engineering BSc, Computer Science MSc.
The place of the Ceremony is the outside area of the main entrance (address: Pécs Boszorkány street 2.)

During the Ceremony we ask you to follow the current framework of epidemiological control:
• The Graduation Ceremony is organized with personal attendance of the graduating students, the university leaders, and the organizers. No guests will be allowed to enter the venue during the Ceremony.

• Participants are required to have immunity certificate (card or mobile application)

• The use of masks in confined spaces is still mandatory. Please bring your own mask with you.

• Keeping the distance of 1,5 meters is mandatory.

• Before you take place, please use the provided hand sanitizers.

Those students who can not attend the Ceremony, will receive their diploma by mail or they can get it in person from the Registry Office after the Ceremony.

In case of bad weather, the Ceremony will take place inside of the Faculty. We will inform you the day before if changes need to be implemented.
