In the fall, mentors will determine mentoring sessions that will best suit the needs of the mentees, and will likely take place both online and in person. There will be bi-monthly after school mentor meetings that will also likely be online and in person. While we anticipate using technology for mentees to share their classroom practices as necessary, it is also important for mentors to be able to have the ability to observe their mentees in their school and classroom element.  If compensated for coverage periods, would you release your staff member to have up to 2 half days during the 2019-2020 school year to observe mentees (per mentee)? *
Would you be open to allowing your staff member to attend or help host full day professional development sessions during Chancellor’s Conference Days? *
