2022-2023 NSI Executive Transition Cohort

Please complete this form to signal your interest in participating in NSI's 2022-2023 Executive Transition Cohort. In addition to receiving $100,000 in executive transition grants, organizations in this program will be required to participate in board chair, outgoing leader, and incoming leader peer groups.

Eligibility requirements:

Be based in and serving Los Angeles County
Anticipating the departure of a founder or long-tenured leader (has been with org. 7+ years)
Have already communicated their intention to transition with board chair or executive committee
Be committed to an executive departure between May 2023 and December 2023
Have organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion goals tied directly to transition plan

Organizations with three or fewer full-time equivalent staff may not be a good fit for this program.
