Programs this year will look different than they have in past years as we strive to minister more effectively to the whole family and protect the health and safety of all concerned. There is a registration fee to help cover the costs of program materials. This is ONLY for those participating in the classes listed below. The fee is $50 per family plus an additional $15 per child. So for example,  if you are registering 1 child for youth or children's programs, the fee is $65; if you are registering 3 children or youth, the fee is $95.

This fee covers enrollment in the adult course plus all children's enrollments.

You can pay the registration fee either using the link at the end of this form, or you can stop by the Parish office to pay with cash or check. Make checks payable to St. Matthew's Catholic Church.
