Do you have an Idols birthday you want to celebrate or a fun K-Pop themed event planned and you don't know where or how to host it?
K Stars can offer you the opportunity to hold your own events, inside our store!
Our first floor which is home to the seating area, café, prize machines and photobooth is the perfect place to invite likeminded fans for a fun day out, and the ideal spot for hosting your own exciting events
You can rent the space for one day or multiple days
If you would like to hold your own fan event in store, please read all the following information register your application with the form below.
DISCLAIMERS AND INFORMATION :
We are not responsible for decorating the space or providing free gifts to guests at your event, you have full control to decorate the area as you like and can provide whatever free items you wish to yourself.
We allow event hosts to decorate/set up their event prior to their event operating time, during our opening hours, so you will have plenty of time to get ready!
If you are using the space for a vendor event, you must only sell fan made items or items which K Stars does not already carry stock for. (You can double check this with us if you are uncertain)
We are happy to provide discounts on our stock for the artist(s) at your request, as long as we are notified about this in advance
We will require a payment of £20 for renting the space, this can be paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
You will be required to pay for any damages if they occur at the expense of your event.
Our café can create special themed drinks for your event at your request, as long as we are notified in advance.
If you have a specific flavour or colour theme in mind, our team can work to bring your ideas to life!
Our café does not serve food, but we do have a snack shelf and you are welcome to bring food from outside as long as it remains on the café floor and event hosts tidy up after themselves.
We can add or remove tables from the seating area depending on how you wish to utilise the space, and we can offer larger tables if you require them.
We have a TV and sound system which can be used for your event if you wish to play specific music/videos. You will have to make your own playlists and then we can download them and play them for you!
Lastly, we ask that you show respect to our customers and team members, and are mindful that we are still an operating business, customer safety and service is our number one priority!
Once you have submitted your form a member of the team will contact you to discuss the event further!
