Ca' Foscari University of Venice (protocollo@pec.unive.it, Dorsoduro n. 3246, 30123 Venezia), in its capacity as Data Controller, gives you information about the data collected in this form (your name, affiliation, and email address). Your personal data will be processed to send you the VICTIMEUR newsletter. The legal basis for this processing activity is art. 6.1.e) of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("activity carried out in the public interest"). If, at any time, you wish not to receive the newsletter any longer, please write to Jessie Barton Hronesova  at jessieb.hronesova@unive.it or the DPO at dpo@unive.it. The data will be collected for 2 years.

Your personal data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the University that act on the basis of the instructions provided by the University and by third parties appointed as data processors (i.e. Google). As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the University, in the cases provided for by the Regulation, access to personal data, rectification, integration, their cancellation or processing limitation or to object to the data processing itself. The request can be sent by contacting the DPO at dpo@unive.it. Data subjects, who believe that the processing of their personal data is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, also have the right to file a complaint to the Data Protection Authority or to take appropriate legal action.
