At the Lab, we know that every California teacher residency program deserves equitable access to high-quality, needs-informed, developmentally appropriate, justice-centered, research-based support. That’s why Lab membership is open to every California Teacher Residency program. Programs do not need to be CTC grantees to join, but Teacher Residency Grant Program recipients are encouraged to leverage consulting allocations from their grant budgets to cover the cost of Lab participation.
