HTA: Workers' Report Card [eHTWRCv1.21]
How does *my society* protect the voice of working people?

In this world commercial employment is key to the market. The Human Trade Assessment is the employment examination program developed to bring working people together to evaluate commercial management and administration.

At TOK Corporation we ask working people to examine their workplaces as social systems. The objective is to become humanities primary source of information on local management and administration. Over the course of time academics have produced hundreds of perspectives on the social spectrum. Competing theories explore everything from capital to cohesion. TOK Corporation evaluates social systems using 12 distinct categories of social utility: Reward; Development; Security; Safety; Equality; Ecology; Integrity; Wellbeing; Autonomy; Family; Dignity and Solidarity. These 12 categories outline TOK's Pillars of Harmony and are the foundation of The Human Trade Assessment.

This is the first exercise in The HTA takes 10 minutes. You use the Workers' Report Card to conduct your own evaluation of local management and administration. We then bring participants from your workplace together to analyse the results, complete the local assessment with a Community ScoreCard then add your  report to the TOK Workers' Report.
