If your group submitted code that violates the class' collaboration policy, you can withdraw it here. Why? Often cheating occurs when students aren't thinking clearly (frustrated, panicked, tired, etc.). We want to give an "out", if you later regret your actions.
You must accept the following Terms and Conditions: - You'll get a 0 for that program (and no option to regain points), but NO FURTHER GRADE PENALTY, and we will NOT report you to Student Conduct. Note: Withdrawing is NOT an admission of cheating. You are simply withdrawing your program -- we don't know why and we won't ask.
- Your group members must be fully aware and in agreement that this action is the correct one to take.
- If we've already detected cheating, you can't withdraw, even if we haven't contacted you yet. Why? Because investigating takes time, so you should not "wait and see". And, because if we start emailing students about cheating, you can't just withdraw before we get to emailing you.
- If you've already received your grade, you can't withdraw. Why? Because you cannot discover the program you submitted does not work and then withdraw the program.
