1. Those who identify as fringe artists living and/or working in Cardiff
2. Those who consider themselves part of a preexisting Fringe Theatre Community and those who do not
3. Those who wish to be a part of a Fringe Theatre Community

in order to create an effective and fully realised Fringe Theatre Network.
