We are happy to welcome guests back into the LHUCA galleries!

Please fill out this form to reserve your spot, as we will be allowing only a limited number of guests inside the galleries at a time.

Please ensure everyone in your party is listed below. If you or anyone in your party have not registered and the galleries are at capacity, there is a chance you will not be allowed to enter until a later time.

We will offer hand sanitizer in the galleries and clean the high-touch points between each group. However, we do encourage you to protect yourself by wearing a mask during your visit.
