Let's get on the same page about the purpose of this survey and some of the terms used in the questions. If you’ve arrived at this survey, it’s because someone thinks you have an important story to share about a service or experience you recently had with them. By "professional", we mean people who earn money, have formal training or have extensive training related psychedelic experiences.

I have had professional services, education or facilitation related to a psychedelics experience. I plan on sharing my experience with them

I have never had any professionals services related to psychedelics. I may have had a psychedelics experience on my own or with untrained friends
