We have many opportunities to get involved with XCP and the Mothers' Guild. Throughout the year, we hold several large fundraisers, small fundraisers throughout the year, off site events and social club gatherings - so many choices to get involved with and meet other moms all while supporting XCP and having fun! Fundraiser: XCP Annual Dinner and Auction, November, 2020

Our annual auction benefits the Legacy of Leadership Capital Campaign. We need MANY volunteers! Volunteers assist with getting auction items, decor theme, basket assembly, set up and tear down, and night of volunteers.

Choose as many as you like for the Auction:

Acquisition Team: Work with a committee to follow up with past years donors as well as solicit from new donors to secure their donation for this year.

Acquisition Chairperson: Lead a team to make sure items are being secured and delivered to XCP.

Decor Chairperson: Work with a committee to put together decor for the event.

Decor Committee

Basket Assembly: Assist with putting together the presentation of most of the Silent Auction items 1-2 weeks before the event. We will have special days scheduled for assembly.

Silent Auction and Gator Gear Set Up: Assist with setting up the event the day before the auction.

Day of Event Volunteer: Volunteer the night of the event and assist with the wine sales, registration, silent auction, and live auction.

Tear Down: Tear down is the day after Auction from 9am to 1pm.

Marketing: Help with online marketing activity to promote the event (newsletters, e-blasts, instagram, facebook, etc)
