To become a member, whether new or renewal, simply follow the steps indicated below. Please read carefully and take note of all the details. The same steps are also at the last part of this form, for your reference.
1. Fill out all the required information in this Google Form.
2. After filling, settle the annual membership fee of PhP1,200.00 (local) or USD25.00 (international) through any of the APRACSI accounts below. Validity of all who will join at this time is until 31 December 2023. For Filipinos, a combination membership in APRACSI and CSAPI (Curriculum Studies Association of the Philippines, Incorporated) may be availed at PhP1,500.00.

3. Once paid, please email copies of the following listed below at
apracsi.ph@gmail.com. Please make sure to submit the following as these will complete your membership. If with CSAPI membership, email the same copies at
upcs2016@gmail.com as well.
A. Bank deposit slip or bank transaction confirmation for payment verification of annual membership fee.
B. Valid ID bearing complete name, clear photo, and signature for issuance of APRACSI electronic-ID (e-ID).
4. Once the above are submitted and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you to acknowledge completion of your membership. This confirmation will include the issuance of e-ID. Should you wish for a certificate of membership and/or copy of official receipt (OR), please include it in your email indicating the purpose as we only issue it upon request.
