Scouts/Youth Program Registration

Please complete this form if you wish to request a private scout or youth group program. For public registration dates, please see available programs on our website: https://www.pringlenc.org/scouts-youth-groups.

After submitting this form, you will be contacted by staff to discuss dates, payment, and other details. Program requests must be made at least 2 weeks ahead of the requested date in order to ensure adequate staff and supplies. Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Fees for most programs are $8/child or $6/child for groups over 10 (no charge for chaperones), with an $80 minimum fee per program. Some programs may carry an additional fee due to equipment use or other circumstances.

If you are requesting a program, please list the dates and times that work best for your group (9 am-4 pm, Tuesdays-Saturdays). By-request programs must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested program date.

Troop leaders/chaperones/parents do not count as participants. Any children participating in the program, including siblings, should be included here. If requesting a program, please estimate numbers to the best of your ability.
