Hello,

Public Narrative recognizes the ongoing emergency relief you and your family may need to continue on your pathway towards financial recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to announce that we will be offering 30 families (households) the chance to secure a one-time $500 stipend to help reduce some of that financial strain; and continue putting the piece back together again.

Here's how it works:
1) In order to apply, complete and submit the form below.
2) Once your application is approved, we will contact you to schedule an individual Recovery and Support (R & S) session.
3) Attend the R & S session.
4) At the end of the R & S session, there will be a survey to complete.
5) Your funds will be approved, and processed via Zelle, PayPal or CashApp.

Please Note:
Funds are limited, and applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. In order to ensure that your family does not miss out on this opportunity, please be sure to respond in a timely manner. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to the listed applicant, we will move on to the next application.
