La La sessions are open to new members again from Monday 4th September.

You are entitled to two free taster sessions which must be taken within one calendar month of each other.

Completing the form gives consent to hold the information cited.  Not completing the form will be taken as not giving consent for your data to be held, and we will therefore be unable to communicate with you. You will also not be permitted to attend any sessions.

If you give consent, you can withdraw it at any time, details are given at the bottom of the form.
