This is to register for the Feb. 28 Sunday 4PM Service.

While we are thankful to be able to gather in person for worship, we will still be operating under strict safety procedures in order to ensure a safe environment for everyone until further notice as the COVID-19 threat is not over.

Strict safety protocols will be enforced for all attendees.
* Everyone will be checked for their temperature and anyone with a temperature of 37.5°C (99.5°F) and above will be asked to go home for everyone's safety.
* Everyone will have to check-in at the door.
* Anyone with cold symptoms is asked to refrain from coming to church and worship with our live-stream instead.
* Everyone must bring and wear a mask on church premises at all times.

Furthermore, each individual must make their own reservation.
