SSC & ELAC Nominations
Please use this form to nominate candidates for School Site Council (SSC) and English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). 

The commitment for SSC is nine (9) meetings on zoom per year, one (1) hour or less. 
  • The school site council (SSC) is to develop, annually review and update the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA).
  • Provide ongoing review and monitoring of the implementation of the SPSA with the principal, teachers, and other school staff members.
  • Suggest modifications to the SPSA whenever the need arises. 
  • Annually evaluate the progress made toward school goals to raise academic achievement of all students.
  • Assist with development of Parent and Family Engagement Policy and Family School Compact
The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) commitment is four meetings per year, one hour or less.
  • The ELAC is responsible for advising the principal and staff on programs and services for English learners and the School Site Council (SSC) on the development of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
  • The ELAC will assist the school in: The development of the school’s needs assessment.
  • The evaluation of the school’s English learner instructional program.
  • Ways to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
