2023 Camp Leader Application
Here's the application for camp!  We are SO excited about making the shift to 3 WHOLE Weeks of camp.  Along with the changes an extra week brings, we are going to be doing volunteer staffing a little different as well.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Rookies:  Friday May 19th & You need to contact Mikayla for a MLM Volunteer Application
Returning Volunteers:  Friday May 26th

Camp Leaders must commit to help from 7:30AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday for at least 1 of the 3 weeks of camp. (Camp for kids runs 8-5)

Camp Dates:     June 12-16th    June 19-23rd       June 26-30th 

WHAT NOW?
  1. All camp volunteers need to fill out this questionnaire
  2. New volunteers must ALSO fill out MLM volunteer application - www.mylifematters.club/volunteer 
  3. New volunteers and middle school volunteers(grade you are in right now) must prepare and teach a lesson to MLM Staff.
After you complete the application process, Mikayla will contact you and offer you a position and dates that you can help at camp. Just because you want to help all three weeks, does not mean you automatically can.
