Guidelines For Life Group Leaders:

1. Leader has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
2. Leader has been baptized
3. Leader is an active member of Christian Heritage Church (attends six services a month and gives financially)
4. Leader supports Christian Heritage Church’s statement of faith

Leader Values:

1. I will commit, with my best effort, to living an exemplary Christian lifestyle while supporting the church’s leadership and basic doctrinal statements.
2. I will commit to learning and growing through my daily time with the Father and other coaching/training opportunities provided by the church.
3. I will commit to developing an apprentice and to cultivating a healthy and balanced group.
4. I will commit to including new members and releasing mature members to start new groups over time.
5. I will commit to helping group members take next steps toward loving God and people more.
