Cody Wyoming Winter Wonderland Rendezvous 2023

We are excited to announce the Winter Wonderland Rendezvous 2023 in Cody, Wyoming! Eight individuals from several churches have been active in planning this event which will run December 8-10, 2023, in Cody, Wyoming. West Yellowstone Holiday Inn is currently under construction but we will resume in 2024 in West Yellowstone. 

Our theme for 2023 is “1 Peter.” Our speakers include Craig Ford, Chris Crooks, Matt Burleson, Ed Bass, Isaac McNally, and Scott Laird. There will be an early bird session Thursday evening (Andy Burns), one session Friday night (Craig Ford), two sessions Saturday morning (Chris Crooks & Matt Burleson), one session Saturday night (Scott Laird) after the banquet, and two sessions on Sunday morning (Isaac McNally & Ed Bass). We are also working on teen events on both Friday and Saturday night after the general session. There will not be childcare provided during the sessions. Extra times of singing will probably get worked in as well!

Once this form is filled out to register, you will receive an email from Addie for a reduced room rate starting at $104-109 plus tax. Some rooms will be more depending on the room type. This room rate is only good if a family registers by November 8, 2023. The special rate is available if you arrive on Thursday December 7 or stay through Monday December 11 night as well. Once this facility fills up it will be up to each family to locate rooms at a different motel. Don’t let the motel filling up, keep you away. It is shaping up to be a great weekend!

With a change in location there are also some changes to our meals and financing the event. The Comfort Inn will provide a continental breakfast for those who have booked a room with them. The Holiday Inn will NOT be providing a breakfast. The Saturday evening banquet will be provided for all participants. The meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch, and Sunday lunch will be the responsibility of each family. 

Concerning costs. There is no registration fee. Each family is responsible for their room and meals noted above. This means the banquet meal and rental of the banquet facility will be recouped through a freewill offering on Sunday. The first portion of the contribution on Sunday will be used to bless the West Yellowstone Church of Christ. Remaining funds will be used to settle with the Holiday Inn concerning the banquet and rental. Any remaining funds will be used as seed money for 2024.
