MEMS Band & Orchestra Instrument Request
Please fill out this form if your child will need to borrow an instrument from MEMS this school year in order to participate in band and/or orchestra. For band, if financially possible, we encourage you to rent an instrument from a music store, especially if you play one of the smaller instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Alto Sax. For orchestra, you are encouraged to rent all instruments big or small!
