Class Visit/Outreach Requests

Which type of outreach would you like to request?
- Class Visits: Usually last 10-15 minutes and include a basic introduction to our services
- Tabling Events: Usually last 1-2 hours and we bring a table and outreach materials to tell students more about what we offer
- Workshop: Usually lasts 30m-1h and the WC staff member discusses a more specific topic in depth (such as "how to write a personal statement")
- Write In/Brief Consultations: Usually lasts 1-2 hours. Consultants come to your location and give mini appointments or support to writers.

We encourage class visits to happen early in the writing process -- close to when you assign the project. You'll need to leave plenty of time for them to come and visit the Center.  Please tell us the due date for the project you're assigning.  This helps you and us gauge whether there's enough time between our visit and due date.
