Student Hybrid Planning Survey
CHS is currently revising our plans for a transition to hybrid learning to be prepared if we are given the opportunity to have students return to campus. This determination will be made by State and County Health offices. It is the work of the CHS administration to be prepared for any eventuality.

Obviously we know that all students would opt for a five day a week in person instructional model if possible. We are also aware that many people are not comfortable returning to school until it is deemed fully safe to do so. Our goal with this survey is to examine alternatives to those two options that can inform our planning.
