General Nomination Guidelines
● Nominated businesses must have a location in or are actively doing business in Jefferson
● The nominees must be members of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce
● Self-nominations are welcome
● If nominating in more than one category, please submit a separate forms for each
● All deadlines are firm and nominations will not be accepted after the deadline
● Winners within the past ten years are ineligible
● Elected officials are ineligible

Please submit all nominations to the Jefferson Chamber no later than close of business December 17, 2021.
