Who can join?
- Anyone who is working with KamalDhari or has worked with KamalDhari in the past. (Must)
- Proven record of work quality.
- The one who delivers office work on time and available for freelancing from home.

How does it work?
- Once you fill-up the form, on successful selection, you will be added in a secret WhatsApp group of freelancers. We will post projects there, and management will assign the projects as per the availability of candidates.

Note:
- Whenever you fail to achieve deadlines and quality of the work after commitments, management can remove/ban the member from the group. The group will work and operate on commitments and processes.
- You will test and review your work after working on the project. Repeated bugs/delivery failure may lead to the removal and banning of the candidate from this program.
- We will train you on how to work in this program. Then you will be assigned to start the work in KD Freelancers program.
- Pay scales begin from Rs150/hour depends on a budget of the project.
- You will get the projects as per the project loads. You will be paid only on working from home. If you work on the same project inside the office, it won't be counted in freelancing work.
- Freelancer program solely depends on your productivity inside the office. We will also calculate quality scores for freelancing work. By that means, if your productivity inside the office is not satisfactory, you might get removed from the program by mean of your office workload is not allowing you to do freelancing.
- This program will solely run on responsibilities. We request you to apply only when you are ready to handle the responsibility at given commitments.
- Once anyone removed or banned from the program, there is no way to rejoin again.
