Vehicle Registration
Use this form to request an on campus parking placard for Staff and students in 11th and 12th grade. Underclassmen should park on Teller Street or in the overflow parking off of Mansfield. All vehicles parked on campus during the school day MUST have a permit placard clearly displayed to park. Unauthorized vehicles parked on campus are subject to ticketing and towing at the owners expense.

I will always display my parking placard (hanging from rear view mirror) while parking on campus. You will receive a $5 fine for not displaying your placard.
I will drive in a safe manner on campus and will not drive over 15 mph.
I will only park in the designated areas for students (i.e. Seniors in the North Lot; Juniors in the South Lot).
I recognize that I will receive a fine of $5 per day for parking outside of the areas listed above, and $20 per day for parking in a handicapped spot without a handicapped sticker/placard. You will also be asked to move your vehicle.
I have read the family/staff/student handbook, especially the Motor Vehicle Policy.
