2024 BUYA YCC Coaching Application

We are looking for passionate individuals to coach our Youth Club Championship Teams for the 2024 season. It's an amazing opportunity to work with the best youth players in the Bay Area — focusing on team cohesion, community, and spirit. If you are interested in coaching or helping out in any way, please fill out this brief survey!

We prioritize gender diversity across the BUYA coaching group, and within each team's coaching group for each of our YCC teams.

The roles:

Head and Assistant Coaches will receive a stipend, and will have transportation costs covered (flight stipend, hotel, meals, and round-trip airport transportation) for your trip to YCCs.
Junior Coaches will not receive any stipend and will not have any costs covered for YCC, if they choose to attend. Junior coach positions are primarily for current college players (or previous YCC players) looking for mentorship by our current YCC coaching staff.
