Kappa Epsilon ASHP Booth Volunteers
ASHP Midyear 2019 is being held in Las Vegas, NV and we need your help to staff and host at the KE booth at Midyear’s Exhibit Hall. This is a great way to engage with KE at a national level and network with other KE collegiate and alumni members!

We are looking for any interested member who is willing to share a couple hours of their time to greet KE members and have a good showing of supoort at our booth! If you not an extrovert and rather not be a greeter, here will be some set up and tear down help needed as well. 

A reminder for students, the residency showcases are:
Monday, December 9th from 1 – 4 pm
Tuesday, December 10th from 8 – 11 am and 1 – 4 pm

We need extra help setting up the booth. Booth set up will be at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center booth 2241 EITHER Sunday December 8, 2019 between 8 am - 5 pm OR  Monday December 9th between 8 am - 10 am. Please list a time preference, if you are able to help.
