Farm Technician
Office Location:  Corvallis, Oregon
Status:  Regular, full time
Compensation:  $17.27-$20/hr depending on experience, plus benefits

1.  Please describe your on-the-ground experience with seed or plant production, including planting, troubleshooting, and seed harvesting. *
2.  A core part of this position is safely operating and maintaining farm and seed cleaning equipment such as tractors, combines, brush machines, air separators, etc.  Please briefly describe your experience operating and maintaining machinary and equipment.   *
3.  Do you have or have you ever had an Oregon pesticide applicator's license?  Please describe your experience with weed and pest management tools, including use of herbicides/pesticides. *
4.  This job will sometimes involve coordination of the work of seasonal staff, contractors, or volunteers.  Please describe any experience you have coordinating the work of others.   *
5.  Describe your experience with native and non-native plant identification and using dichotomous keys.  Do you have any familiarity with Pacific Northwest plants and agricultural weeds? *
