Help make walking, biking, rolling and driving around White Bear Lake safer with a Lake Links Incident and Safety Report
This form is to be used to report on incidents and make suggestions for improvements to increase safety for all users (walkers, runners, bikers, residents, motorists) along the trail, and the sections of state highways 244 thru Dellwood and 96 (on N side of the lake)  where no trail currently exists.

Lake Links Association is committed to assembling a database of these items so that they are documented, and catalogued for review. Lake Links is not responsible for trail conditions and law enforcement. Lake Links Association seeks to continuously improve the trail experience and needs good information from trail users to help focus efforts and drive change. We will publish a quarterly summary of the problems identified in an anonymous way. We may contact you if we need further information or we would like you to join us in direct input to state or local officials.

Incidents that result in damage or injury need to be properly reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency and or public works department and documented in their systems.

Immediately life threatening situations should be reported to 911 by phone
