Please fill out the following information to the best of your knowledge so that new Votebuilder users can be added to your committee with the proper permissions. Please keep in mind that moving forward, committees are permitted two (2) Level 1 Admin users and these individuals will serve as the main point of contact for their committee(s). Any and all support requests from other users in the committee will need to first go to the Level 1 Admin, who can then escalate to the State Party Admin if they cannot resolve issue.

Approval may take 24 hours as we may need to contact you for additional information; however once approval has been given your account will be created within a few hours.

A campaign official must approve of each new user request.

Select the tasks the user will perform (Levels 1 -3 should only be given to advanced VAN Users who can troubleshoot issues that arise within their committee) *

This will determine what level access we give them. Please note that the following access levels enhance in permissions and it is recommended that Levels 1-3 be given to the candidate/advanced Votebuilder users.

(7) - Phone Banker. Has the ability to access VPB's and apply/edit information to the voters they call.

(6) - Data Entry. Same access as 7 with the ability to print and enter data, cut turf, and export turf to MiniVAN.

(5) - Super Vol. Assist with creating lists, managing folders, and refreshing turf.

(4) - Organizer. Can analyze data (canvass results, activist codes, and survey responses), filter and create lists by scores, commit MiniVan Data, and create and administer VPB's).

(3) - RFD. Create Counts & Crosstabs, manually add & delete contact history, and create and edit MiniVAN Campaigns,.

(2) - FD. Administer bulk uploads, export Level 1 & 2 access plus emails, edit MiniVAN Formats and Distributed Canvasses, administer predictive dialer, create and edit report formats, system administration rights(create and edit Scripts),and view state updates.

(1) - Admin (2 Per Committee). All access, including up to Level 3 exports after approval, create and edit live call campaigns.
