I'm an independent California attorney who works in the online space and I'm looking to learn about the legal concerns that people who operate or intend to operate instances have. The goal of this short questionnaire is to help me narrow down those questions so I can prepare a free FAQ or set of posts that will provide information on the most significant of them.

I'm not collecting any emails or other personal information as part of this project and have attempted to make this questionnaire as anonymous as possible using Google Forms. I cannot promise that Google isn't collecting such information or what they might use it for.
