2024 ASEEES Request for Letter(s)
ASEEES will provide a general letter of invitation and/or a visa letter on letterhead to participants that are registered and listed in the convention program.  Please allow up to two weeks for your letter to be returned to you.  Unless otherwise requested, all letters will be sent via email.  

DEADLINE: Sept. 15

VISA LETTERS: Please note, a visa letter will require you to provide your citizenship, passport number, date of birth, and current employer and position.  This letter can be included when requesting a travel visa.

GENERAL LETTER OF INVITATION: Can be provided if your institution requires documentation that you have been accepted to the convention program.
