Please complete the following interest form.  Please indicate all days you are interested in your child attending so that staffing can be assigned.  Students will be required to attend a minimum of 3 days a week or will be dropped from the program. (This is a grant requirement).  

The grant program pays for students to attend in grades K-6th for free.  Students in grades 7 &8 can attend but must pay the $20 fee to participate.  

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Mondays
Afterschool snack will be provided Tuesday-Friday
Saturday Fun Day Students will learn to cook a simple meal either Breakfast or Lunch items.

No transportation will be provided

Once you have indicated your choice, the ENROLLMENT FORM will be sent home and MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETELY before your child will be officially enrolled.  No student can attend until enrollment is complete.
