Harmony Harvest Farm 2023 Mum Trial Application
Harmony Harvest Farm will be selecting ten locations across the United States to trial two varieties (five plants each) from our private collection. All applicants must have purchased and completed our Complete Guide to Growing Mums course. This is to ensure that all participants in the trial are growing the same way, and have all of the information they need to succeed.

If selected, participants will be mailed rooted cuttings selected by HHF in May 2023. Participants will only pay the 2-Day Shipping costs. In exchange, participants will be required to submit HHF requested data and pictures weekly for 16 weeks through a Google form that the HHF Grow Team will supply.

As an added benefit:
  • All participants will be added to the private HHF Mum Trial Facebook group with lifetime rights
  • Will get two (2) one-on-one calls with the HHF grow team
  • Will be invited to three (3) Zoom calls with all trial participants

We have a saying here at HHF - we sell flowers, but we grow people. The people and stories that make up our community are what we cherish the most. Everyone starts to grow for different reasons and has a different story of how they got here - but we at Harmony Harvest Farm like to celebrate all of them!  So - tell us about yourself.  Why do you want to be apart of this trial? *
How do you plan on growing your mums if selected?
The Mum Project is all about improving and expanding the heirloom mums success in US floriculture, agriculture, and in home and hobbyist gardeners. It is not a requirement to currently be growing mums to participate in this trial; however, if you are currently growing mum cultivars we ask that you share which varieties you are growing. Because of domestic grow house consolidation and the redirection of the grow market 50 years ago, the diversity of mums in the United States today lives primarily in private collections. We would like to begin to create a cooperative community database of cultivars that are being grown in the US and your submissions would be the beginning of such a project. *
