A series of 3 interviews with the most inspiring and original thinker in France, certainly for artists. From an early age, he was interested in the notion and history of magic. Received first place in the entrance exam to the ENS, France’s top doctoral school - he was not allowed to undertake a doctorate on magic!!

The title « Psyche’s Task » came from the book Of The Golden Bough Fame by J.G Frazer recommended by Xavier Papaïs.

His lecture at the 2021 Festival « On Superstition » remains one of the most memorable (and entertaining) ones in festival memory, and will be available via the Virtual Library.

NOTE: These sessions will be in French on Sundays at 5 p.m. CET (specific dates to be confirmed). We will provide some informal translations during sessions and hope to make them available with English subtitles at a later time.
