Please use this form to report safeguarding concerns, incidents or disclosures to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). The DSL will make a decision if any further action should be taken, including by reporting to the Local Area Designated Officer. In order to make this decision, the DSL may speak to you to clarify your report.

If you are dissatisfied with the response to any of your concerns below, raise these again with your Designated Safeguarding Lead or the Council of Management. If you feel your concerns still haven’t been appropriately addressed, you should report your concerns to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub on 020 8314 6660.
