Factors associated with a good business
Hello everyone!

My dissertation topic is how a business model should appear to be. How the behavior of the company should be like when it comes to the treatment of their employees and general well being of the people involved. 

It not only involves, just the human aspect but also a little bit of strategical and Financial aspect of the organization too. My goal is to make a model that seems a little more catered towards the workers and employees and looks toward their benefit, all the while not making it seem entirely non-profit or co-operative.

I believe that if i am able to construct one such model, i will have a better understanding on what is a practical model and what is idealistic.
