PHOTO CONSENT FORM

I hereby give consent Asocaitia eematico and its supporting partners to use my photograph and/or video footage taken during the Connecting for Non Formal Education 2023 held on 6-th of July 2023 for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on Asociatia eematico’s and their supporting partners websites, social media platforms, brochures, newsletters, and any other marketing materials.

I understand and agree that my photograph and/or video footage may be used by Asociatia eematico and their supporting partners indefinitely and without any compensation to me. I also acknowledge that once the image is published, it may be downloaded or copied by third parties, and Asociatia eematico and their supporting partners cannot control its further use by such parties.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my image appears and release Asociatia eematico, its representatives, and all involved personnel from any liability arising from the use of my photograph and/or video footage.
