Since January 2022, and due to the current COVID-19 situation, all shipments to Canada with Japan Post are suspended until further notice. To this day, the situation hasn't changed and Japan Post hasn't lifted the restrictions on your country yet.

After reviewing other methods, here are the two options allowing you to receive your pending boxes. You can either choose AirMail or Surface mail.

With the alternative AirMail Shipping option customers are able to track the shipment of their box and receive it quickly and safely. Shipping fee to receive your boxes to Canada will be US$11,99 per box. Please make sure to double-check your country's customs regulations. Each country has different rules regarding the customs fee and tax. If you get charged for any customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible to cover it.

The Surface mail method (by boat) is free and includes a tracking number, but it takes up to three months for a package to reach its destination.
