DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: JUNE 7thPLEASE READ IMPORTANT VENDOR RULES/GUIDELINES
1. Booth space rental
is $45.00.
2. Hours will be from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Vendors are asked to
set up between 7am-9am OR 3pm-4:30pm on the day of the festival, Saturday, June 15,
2024. No vendor admittance will be allowed after 4:30pm. All vendors are asked
to remain open during the hours of 5:00pm-9:00pm. Should you leave earlier
than the requested time, please notify our UCO Vendor Contact so that the transition
will go smoothly.
3. All
articles for sale must be clearly marked with the price.
4. The
Festival Committee has requested that NO
toy weapons be sold, including but not limited to guns, knives, marshmallow
guns, and swords.
5. NO
animals allowed.
6. Each
vendor must complete the application and submit it to the UCO with payment for
booth space no later than Friday,
June 7, 2024.
7. Upon
receiving each application, the committee will review it to make sure it meets
all criteria.
8. Applications
will be processed on a first come first serve basis. When approval is given,
you will be notified via mail or
text confirmation.
9. Upon
arrival to the festival, each vendor representative must check in with the
committee member on duty to find their UCO ASSIGNED space. On Saturday, June 15,
2024, vendors MUST have their booths ready for business by 5:00pm.
10.
Each
vendor is responsible for dismantling and cleaning their booth area after the festival
is over on Saturday.
11. In an effort to combat the heat of the day, UCO strongly encourages each vendor to bring fans or any other type of cooling device(s) to help make this experience as successful as possible.
