Hello and Thank you for your interest in our Battleground Explosion Tournament as a part of the Great Smoky Volleyball Series. Our event continues to grow every single year and we are proud to host close to 200 teams from all over the Southeast and beyond! We look forward to a high-charged weekend of great volleyball and competition! Thank you for being a part of it.

Electricity and WiFi is available for some venues and sold separately.

Table/space assignment is on a first-come first-served basis (defined by receipt of contract and payment). Phoenix Rising reserves the right to make all final decisions for assignments, layout, and configuration.

Timely Exhibitors will be featured in exhibitory listings and advertising including the Phoenix Rising Volleyball Club website, phoenixrisingvb.com

Participation is at the sole discretion of Phoenix Rising and as such reserves the right to cancel any exhibitor.

Cancellation and refund terms can be provided by your assigned tournament representative.

*Includes 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 badges, and 2 admission tickets. (double for 20x20)

** Provide website copy with landing page or printed handouts (you provide) for distribution to attendees.

Public Entry Bands - $5,000 - Your company's name will be printed on our entry bands that every guest will have one and wear for entry for the tournament weekend.

Player Entry Tags - $5,000 - Each athlete will receive a bag tag that they will use for entry to the tournament with your company's logo.
