Fundraising/Voluntary Contributions
The Fundraising/Voluntary Contribution form allows us to more accurately budget throughout the year.

After considering all the expenses for Clark Intermediate Instrumental Music Program throughout the year, rental of school instruments, repairs, supplies, sheet music, online resources, additional staffing, and more, we are asking for each family to set a goal to fundraise and/or voluntarily contribute through donations.

Desired Voluntary Contribution and Fundraised amount by Class/Group:
1.    0 Period Band/Percussion: $100
2.    Color Guard PE: $175 
2.    1st period Percussion Class: $150
3. 2nd Period Band: $200
4. 3rd Period Symphonic Band: $250 (Includes the cost of a trip to an amusement park for a festival)
5. 6th period Band: $200
6. 4th or 7th period Jazz Bands: $100

Examples:
1. If your student is involved in Symphonic band and Percussion class the desired contribution would be $400
2. If your student is involved in Symphonic band and Jazz Band the desired contribution would be $350

**Any items for purchase (uniform, spirit wear) will be expenses in addition to the voluntary contribution goal to the instrumental music program as a whole.**
