If you pay then withdraw after XXX date, then you will receive Y% refund
- July 12th - 75% refund
- July 19th – 50% refund
- July 26th – 25% refund
- August 1st – no refund  
Exceptions to the rules above may be made if we are able to back-fill your team's spot at the tournament.
