Student Online Privacy and Safety PolicyWriting Co-Lab endeavors for every member of the community to feel respected, witnessed, and safe in our online spaces. While sharing creative work inherently raises anxiety and requires vulnerability, we want that experience to be as positive as possible, and hope students feel supported and encouraged to bring their best, most honest selves to the page and to their classes. We believe in practicing consideration, compassion, and acceptance of every writer. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse on the basis of ability, age, appearance, economic class, gender identification, national origin, neurotype, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or any other aspect of the author’s identity will not be tolerated, and may result in dismissal from class and the Writing Co-Lab community.
