弊社が撮影および制作する CTF for Connected Cars  （中継）または公開動画に被写体として含まれることに関し、承諾の可否を回答ください。
動画等の利用に関する承諾事項 1.貴法人およびその他のPwC加盟法人（以下「PwC加盟法人」と総称します）が、以下の方法で、本件動画等を無償および無期限で、かつ特段の制約なく利用すること。 (1)PwC加盟法人が運営・管理するウェブサイト上で公開又は上映する方法 (2)PwC加盟法人が主催するイベント・セミナー等で公開又は上映する方法 (3)上記のほか、PwC加盟法人が相当と考える方法 2.本件動画等にかかる所有権、著作権（著作権法第27条および第28条に定める権利を含みます）およびその他一切の権利がPwC加盟法人に帰属すること。 3.PwC加盟法人による本件動画等の利用および処分に関し、著作者人格権、肖像権およびその他の権利を行使せず、かつ一切の異議やクレーム等を行わないこと。

Consent for use of videos, etc.
1. You and other PwC member companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "PwC member firms") may use the Video, etc. in the following manner without charge, indefinitely, and without any particular restrictions.
(1) Publication or screening on websites operated and managed by PwC member corporations
(2)To be disclosed or shown at events, seminars, etc. hosted by PwC member firms.
(3)In addition to the above, any other method that PwC member firms deem appropriate.
2. That the ownership, copyright (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), and all other rights pertaining to the video, etc. shall belong to the PwC member firms.
3. That the PwC member firms shall not exercise any moral rights, portrait rights, or other rights, and shall not make any objection or claim with respect to the use and disposition of the Video, etc. by the PwC member firms.
