Kokoro Holiday Party will host a costume contest during the event! There are two categories to enter into with three winners in each category!

We have two categories for entering. Please make sure you select the appropriate one.

Bought/Thrifted:
Any costume that has been purchased online or put together/altered by yourself from thrifted items.

Made/Craftsmanship:
Any costume handmade by you that has not won in any other contest. Please put together a portfolio or print off detailing the work in more detail for our judges to look over.

Rules for entry:

After completing this form you will be contacted no later than December 15th to confirm your entry into the contest. When arriving at the event please let a staff member know you entered the contest so they can mark you as present and offer you instructions for judging and the contest to take place.

You agree when completing this form to treat the venues and those around you with respect, and will help keep this event drama free. Please listen to event staff and stick around after the contest for a few photos and to claim your prize if you win!

Failure to claim your prize will result in it going to someone else! We will not mail out prizes, so again please make sure you stick around to see if you've won!

There is no age to enter. This is a fan run costume contest with special judges and crowd choice awards. Enjoy and have fun!
